honestly i really feel sorry for people like you lol. while i do not know the details about randy and him not being allowed to perform you are typical of the problem we face in grenada. let me guess all of your accusations are based soley on what you have heard from randy right? let me guess again you were there to count the promoter who made 40 thousand off of a cruise right? better yet all the foreign promoters are here hustling right lol.
ok so now let me give you some other facts. the promoters that did the show in moonlight city just based on the numbers they provided in terms of ticket sales means just from the door the vat people would have collected roughly 30000.00ec in revenue i am not even going to talk about bars, and all the other taxes. then all the other local artist that performed would have to get paid, the amoutn of security, barstaff, cashiers, food vendors, taxis equipment suppliers, hotel opperators i can go on and on who would have benifited from that event is unreal!
for your information all of those same promoters you were runnign down were is support of waggy and his problems with the time issue with his show so much so we all expressed our dissapointment when the show was cancelled.
what about booze and his show in grenville, he started aqua labaye if i am not mistaken and what happen to that? instead year in and year out i have seen this man coem to grenada after marketing for months in advance outside of grenada then almost every year his shows have not made anything financially everyone can see that but he continues to come and he continues to spend. let me guess if one day he makes money you go be the first to jump up and cry foul to right? dexter was dead wrong on the issue palos and indeed that show in moonlight city was one of the highlights of our carnival. it is so funny you call the outside promoters who are grenadians returning home at carnival hustlers lol but somehow the soca artist that live outside of grenada are sons of the soil? if randy has a legit case for not being allowed entry after he was hired to perform then the courts should be made to deal with the issue. what is real wierd about your story is this the promotion for that fete was released no more than two weeks before the event. you said randy was booked to perform but was not allowed to because of his song? tell me when was that song released? are you tellign me the promoters never heard the song? grenada land of rumours and accusations
