I am of the opinion that Randy was indeed treated unfairly and while I did not get to speak to the promoter or Randy before they both left for the US, I do believe it was a slap in the face to all local artiste who use their music to express themselves.

Can you imagine what would happen if the GCC, GCF and even the Government decides to make the same decisions as it relates to Calypsonians in the Semis or Finals because the Calypsonians sing about something they are doing? While I am aware that some local artiste look at the artform as a hustle and don't do anything to better themselves, I cannot disagree with Randy that local artiste need to be treated better, because at the end of the day charity begins at home.

I would not comment on the other areas you mentioned as I believe we went down that road already.
