Plus A very successful Tuesday morning jouvert and of course the soca monarch and road march titles. LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD Elimus Gilbert [The Inspector] A winner of everything there is to win in Grenada celebrated his 25th anniversary in 2010, while continuing to make his contribution to the artform and carnival and culture as a whole.
