webby i have no clue what your specific contract was for carnival....but for a so called reporter this wormey guy sure likes to talk out of the wrong orifice alot... i know very little about intellectual property rights with regards to photos but even i know that one can be hired to take photos or vidoes of an event and stil be the holder of the rights to the images... e.g. wedding photographers can be hired to take pics of a wedding...they provide the bride and groom with an album (which they pay for) and still are able to sell pics or do whatever they want with them after as they still own the property... even more hilarious, is the worme idiot asking for people to get the facts.. thats the last thing that idiot should be preaching as he has a long standing record of not getting the facts before publishing articles in his winshield cleaner of a newspaper... keith mitchell and the current gov't should go after that ahole for the mere fact that he is trying to make himself look above the law by being bold faced involved in the new winshield cleaner today...when his a.s.s. was shut down for printing sheet without evidence previously.... evertime i see a copy of the new today with it's "stolen" pics, i say to myself...ahhhh theres another free winshield cleaner... thanks to you mr worme for saving me from having to buy a sham wow or chamois cloth... your free rag comes in very handy |
