Subject: DJ not happy with George Worme statements

 
One would have thought George Worme would have learnt something after his embarrassing moments with former Prime Minister Dr. the Rt. Hon. Keith Mitchell, but I guess not....

Imagine this man writing an editorial saying that a DJ was not contracted by the GCC when it fact the DJ was contracted by the GCC for all the Carnival shows at the Stadium. He said "the individual concerned did not show up at the stadium since he did not have any good reason to be there". Now where is Worme getting his information from? Did he speak to the DJ? Well I did and according to the DJ he was never contacted by Worme and what Worme reported was not the case.

Worme also stated that it was announced that the "DJ met in accident", that was NEVER SAID. What was said is that the "DJ had a slight accident and will be here shortly" a totally different story to what Worme reported.

I spoke to DJ Shortleg this afternoon about the Editorial and he is not at all happy about it, since George Worme has told a bold face lie on the announcer and the DJ about him not showing up at the Stadium because "he did not have good reason to be there"

I really thought Worme would have learned to investigate properly before spreading propaganda and trying to damage people character.
