We have had two successful years of Carnival. The nonsense the past government let happened for years came up in the past two seasons and I think the GCC did a good job of putting on our biggest carnival event. Mr. D. Mitchell has the GCF to worry about, he getting paid for that. Why would he leave that job for a voluntary position???? Yuh say make it a paying one?? Really, where is the money going to come from, Nazim pocket tight tight!!!! You 'cultural enthusiasts' who only dey to quarrel and talk bull can never be pleased!!!!! I however agree that the committee should be changed, like a two year contract with possibility of re- election.... whoever the committee is. Love, Peace & Elbow Grease! |
